The 12 hr. mountain bike race was a super success! There were something like 74 racers braving the haunts of late October. See for all the exciting photos. pumpkin carving, scarry music, face painting, and a scary bridge with icy cold water running below it. Hopefully a promo video soon to come. My team came in 26th place (out of 42) with 16 laps in 12 hrs. totaling ~136 miles. This ofcourse involves snacks and cookie breaks every 30 minutes, and then possibly some pumpkin carving, video recording and maybe relaxing by the fire inside Turtle River State Park's Woodland Lodge. Thanks to Steve and Nessa at Turtle River for a great venue and for a great event!
